Mr. Byrd joined the firm in 1974 and has over 35 years of engineering experience.  His responsibilities include coordination of each phase of engineering services, including water facilities, sewer facilities, promotion, preliminary and final reports, and general administration.

Mr. Davis joined the firm in 1978 and has over 45 years of engineering experience.  His responsibilities include the design and coordination for commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and mechanical systems for various types of building construction.  He is also the project design engineer for various rural water treatment and distribution systems.

Mr. Koch joined the firm in 1983 and has over 20 years of engineering experience.  He is responsible for project development and design of numerous civil projects, including water treatment and sewer collection system facilities, and design of street reconstruction and drainage.  His structural experience includes the design of steel, concrete and wood structures as well as concrete and earthen dams.

• Mike Dodson, Chief Civil Drafter/CAD Technician, joined firm in 1974

We currently have a total of 12 personnel comprising a complete staff of engineering, drafting, clerical and construction observation.
